The Impact of scouting team, Allan, Venusia and Ana started working at the beginning of the triennium and have achieved positive results. The biggest challenge they have encountered in their work has been the recognition of the complexity and challenge associated with the ask from NSOs.

One of the major achievements they have undertaken has been the development of the survey on the impact of home scouting that had responses from over 3000 people across the region;

They also conducted three different sessions on Impact of Scouting at the Academy 2020 .

And finally, they have been building the basis for a Erasmus+ project on the measurement of youth impact in order to build on the existing world methodology for impact measurements.
